So I had fun this past spring seeing a lot of
young, new little animals in the area I run in.
I was pleasantly surprised to see some
changes over the summer.
I could relate to how Cody's siblings felt
when they saw him last Christmas and
he had grown like 4 inches!
This is our young deer with his new little
antler's this past spring.
Here he is in September with a much bigger
rack to carry around!
Remember those sweet little baby swans?
They were so little and fluffy....
Well here they are now! All five of them!
I thought it interesting that they were still
a family unit and as I watched them they
would still follow each other in a line much
of the time they were paddling around.
Still a happy little family.
One still remains a gray color.
I don't know about this, it's kinda high....
Following the mama.
They all stopped to do a little bathing.
What a fun thing it has been to see this little
family grow. I also saw some of the other
bird families grow as well. The unusual
colored ducks, there were 7 I think, were
together through the end of the summer as well.
