Amazingly Cody has his iphone back!!!
As you may recall Cody's iphone was aggressively
taken from him, at knife point, last May.
(You can check out the posting on 6-8-10).
We were very surprised to learn the culprit
had been caught by way of monitering the phone
usage and a tracking device in the iphone.
The young man, we are told, will face probation
and some type of community service.
The police tried to get the phone working but had
no success. They gave it back to us to have the
iphone service center look at it. They ended up
replacing the entire iphone.
Cody is thrilled to be back "in touch" again.
