"Missing Person!"

Lissy and I had lunch outside in Bonn Square today,

but we were "missing" someone.  

 It felt like our friend Judy Bush should have been 

here with us. But it would have been hard for Judy

to make the lunch since Judy lives in Maryland!  

I introduced Lissy and Judy so they could skype and

give Judy the opportunity to brush up on her German.

Maybe it was better Judy could not make it since my

German skills are limited.  

I would have felt like a 5th wheel.

 This is the view we enjoyed on the

square while eating lunch in the sun,

with a view of Beethoven.

 Here is Mr. Beethoven.

Judy says while learning about music she

realized so much music came from Germany 

so it inspired her to want to learn German.

The newly rennovated Mayor's Building.

It used to be pink, now it is white.

The older generation thinks it should still be pink.

Change is always hard....
