Kent gets to go to a European soccer game!
A BIG DEAL one at that!!!
Today, Saturday the 5th, is a HUUUGE match between
Cologne Goats and Bayern Munich.
In fact it is so huge that they were doubtful they
would get tickets. They supposedly were sold out
months in advance. The game is huge because
Cologne needs to win or they move to a lower division
and Bayern is trying to win for the league title.
Alex, a German friend from church was
invited to go with Dad and Kent. They were hoping to
buy tickets on the street. Yesterday Alex decided to call
a ticket agent and here is the email he sent to Dad:
"Hi James,
The tickets are ordered!
As far as I can tell we have been more than lucky.
The tickets are for block W15, which is at the upper
tier near the center line of the pitch.
The nice woman on the phone said, that she could not
believe that there are still 3 tickets available. This is an
absolute exceptional situation for a match against
Bayern Munich! Obviously your faith is big enough
to move mountains!
